Basic Scuba Program – 2 Days
Take your first real step into the world of scuba diving with our Basic Scuba Program in Okinawa.
This two-day beginner-friendly program is designed for non-certified divers who want more than just a simple introductory dive. You will learn essential scuba diving skills in a calm and controlled environment before exploring the breathtaking waters of Kerama National Park.
On Day 1, you will practice fundamental scuba skills in a pool or calm water environment under the direct supervision of our professional SSI instructors. You will gain confidence with your equipment, breathing techniques, buoyancy control, and underwater communication.
On Day 2, your adventure continues with a full-day boat trip to the world-famous Kerama Islands, known for crystal-clear “Kerama Blue” waters, colorful coral reefs, sea turtles, and abundant marine life.
You will complete 2 guided dives in the morning, with the option to add a 3rd dive for ¥5,500.
🌊 This program allows you to dive up to 12 meters.
🎓 This program counts as credit toward the SSI Open Water Diver Course.
Continue your training later and apply your completed sessions toward full scuba certification.
This program offers the perfect balance between learning and adventure while safely introducing you to real ocean diving in Okinawa.
