Cancellation Policy

General Activities

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair while maintaining the logistics of our tours. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

• No Show or Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.
• Cancellation 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• No Refund under the following conditions on the day of the tour:
  • Hangover or impaired state.
  • Failure to meet medical statement requirements.
  • Incomplete online learning.
  • Incomplete online form.
  • Poor physical condition.
  • Oversleeping or being late for the meeting time.
• If we are unable to conduct the tour due to lack of available locations, a full refund will be provided.

Private Boat Charter

Due to scheduling complexities for boat charters, our cancellation policy is stricter:

• No Show or Cancellation within 7 days: No refund.
• Cancellation 7 to 15 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• During summer, availability is limited—book early to secure your spot!

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of bad weather conditions, boat operation cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the scheduled itinerary:

• A similar diving spot will be provided as a replacement (free of charge).
• If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
• Tours will proceed even in rainy conditions. However, if the boat captain cancels the tour due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund will be provided.

Digital Learning Materials

Once registered for digital learning materials, refunds cannot be provided for any reason.

Rental Gear Agreement

Please handle rental equipment with care. In the event of loss or damage to rental gear, the full replacement cost will be charged.
